The main production process of plastic zipper is as follows:
Weaving tape – Dyeing – Ironing - Making teeth – Assembling tape and teeth– Determining length– Assembling accessories– Cutting – Inspection – Package.
Plastic zippers are mainly applicable to the apparel industry and luggage & bag industry. They have teeth made from polyester and slider and pull tab from zinc alloy. The sliders are mainly processed by spray painting method or electroplating technique, based on the end-use items and personal preferences.
